He has 32 years of experience in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) both at TANGEDCO and TANTRANSCO. Also, he is having 6 years of experience with Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA).

Also, he has experience and proficiency in Electric Vehicle & Charging Station development with a focus on sustainable development projects.
He is an expert and active researcher in the field of power and energy. He has completed his postgraduation in Power System Engineering. His reasearch area includes SDG 7, Energy Modelling, Demand side Management, Thermal Energy storage, Photovoltaics and Optimisation Techniques.
Mr. Vinod Tarange has 30 years+ of experience in Thermal power plants, Steel Industry, Solar Energy Sector. He has expertise in the techno-commercial aspects and leads the platform operations and marketing in North India.
Mr Rishi Pugazhendhi is from Mechanical Engineering background. His field of interest aligns with Energy, Sustainable Development Goals( SDG 7), Thermal systems, Climate actions and Digital technologies.
